looking for a nanny and a family to share

Hi there, we have had a really hard time finding a nanny on BPN for when we go back to work in June. We will have a 4 month old by that time. We need 3-4 days a week normal work hours. We would like to share care with another family of a baby within 6-9 months of his age and live in south berkeley. We have two other kids at home who don’t need care who will be at elementary school. Please let me know if you know of a daycare or a nanny or a family looking to share!
