This day-long event brings together scholars, activists, and those personally affected by the carceral state to learn and share information. About the Conference In the spirit of TED Talks, eight presenters will share twenty-minute presentations on a wide variety of themes pertaining to Arkansas’ criminal punishment system.  Throughout the day there will be two thirty-minute Q&A sessions, each with four speakers from throughout the day. This will give conference attendees an opportunity to pose questions to speakers they have heard thus far.
