Join us for our 1st community Holistic Happy Hour with Emerald Coast Pixies! Our Holisitc Happy Hour includes a workshop on cold water therapy & it's benefits, aka our Pixie Polar Plunge modeled after the Wim Hof Method. We will discuss the WHM, benefits, and protocol in the garden with tea and cookies. We will have two ice baths set up, one next to the infrared sauna which will be available for use after your ice bath. We will begin with group breathwork in the garden, then each attendee will get to plunge for a min of 30sec up to two minutes. If there is time, each person will be allowed to go twice. We will also have an herb-infused facial steam post plunge and an eco-friendly sparkle station. What to bring: wear a bathing suit, bring a towel and change of clothes. Bring a journal if you'd like to write about your experience. Bring an open mind!
