Profit Sharing / Independent Contractor Opportunity We are a landscape company that also offers pressure washing services, and this is where we need help because we are busier than ever this year! We have hundreds of customers who we do landscape and pressure washing work for every year, and we also invest heavily in marketing during our busy season (March, April, May, and June), so we have an abundance of work. What We Expect From You: • You must have your own work truck, and pressure washing equipment. • Be on time. Yes, you’re working on your own, and at your own pace, but customers have expectations that must be honored. • Communicate with dispatch throughout the day. Most of the jobs that you do require additional work, which can’t be done, until your part of the job is done so it is important for us to know when your work at a job is complete. • Do a quality job always. It is easy to cut corners and to hurry up to your next job, but if we have to go back to fix something that wasn’t done right the first time, this is a waste of everybody’s time, and leads to customer disappointment, which we never want. The Opportunity: This is a revenue sharing opportunity. What this means is we will get the work for you, and we share in the revenue that is generated from each job. Our prices are not cheap, so everybody can make plenty of money, and we get more work than we can handle. The work that we need for you to do will consist of providing pressure washing services that would include areas like driveways, patios, sidewalks, fences, etc…. if it is on the ground, we will pressure wash it. We do not work on roofs, so only ground areas are covered. The typical job will be a 1,000 sq ft driveway, walkway, and patio, that we charge around $350 to do, but some of the properties we do are much larger, and some are smaller. The amount of time that it takes to do the average job will vary, as it depends on how bad the surface area is, and how fast you work. We can typically provide you with 2-3 jobs per day, on average. • We will pay you 40% of the job. • You must have your own work truck, and equipment. You can do the work yourself, or you can have somebody help you. Typically pressure washing is a one-man job, so it’s not necessary to have help.
