Be prepared to show off your skills on the job site. You must be honest and have integrity. You will need a valid driver's license, a working vehicle and basic tools. You also need to be a self-starter with a KEEN EYE FOR DETAILS and common sense. Must be able to work without supervision and follow instructions accurately. Your skill level will be evaluated for immediate starting wage raise. Applicant will need to do a variety of jobs efficiently ranging from small handyman type work to major construction (mostly remodeling and additions). Must be able to work alone with minimum supervision. Your work has to be done correctly and professionally. You need to be a problem solver and able to manage client relations with a positive attitude. Some training is available depending on where your weaknesses are, and the depth of training needed. High level of professionalism and confidence from the candidate is expected. Your resume does not have to be professional but informative with good references to contact.
