On April 30 we are the village will host its first Autism Acceptance Block Party to bring more Autism Awareness to the City of Gary. This event will be CARNIVAL THEMED. There will be games, prizes, free food, music, and a host of resources for the families in our community. (There will not be clowns, large carnival rides, or games that make really loud noises) We have partnered with Gary’s Local Health Department, Edgewater Behavioral Health Services. With this partnership, we will be able to provide families who have children with disabilities a solid foundation full of resources. VENDORS we only have room for 8 more vendors it’s is first come first serve.
