South Florida GC looking for SKILLED sub tradesmen: Framers Drywall Finishers Flooring Installers ( tile, laminate) Painters Contractor receiving overwhelming amount of requests for home additions, kitchen and bath updates. I am only interested in professionals that can provide service and estimates for service for labor and material. Must pay attention to detail and be neat. Many of my clients are top tier and appearance and ability to stay on schedule and on budget is a must. Must have own transportation. Be fine with net 10 pay and have the ability to obtain General Liability insurance as a subcontractor. All tradesman paid as 1099. This is not a w-2 assignment. This is an opportunity to establish a great relationship with a contractor that HAS too much work. I need to assemble freat crews to keep up with the ask.
