10 gallon tank with 3 small catfish looking to be rehomed

Hi all. I’m leaving for college soon and am hoping to relocate my 10 gallon tank to a nice family/individual :) I’ve had this tank and these fish for around two years now and I got them all from the fish store located on lake city way (yes, that’s the name of the store lol). They’re all very lively, healthy, and curious. The tank is full of a variety of aquatic plants such as java ferns and swords which hemos to reduce the amount of water changes needed. I would be open to either moving them out of this tank having them join an already established community tank, or rehoming them along with the tank and supplies. I have everything you need for them, but they would appreciate a new heater as the one I have at the moment recently stopped working as well and is only keeping the tank temperate around 70 degrees but they like closer to around 75 :) Please feel free to reach out with any questions
