Who are we? Remoov is a new, fast-growing moving company based in San Francisco (www.remoovit.com). We are opening a new location in Miami and are looking for hard working team players! We help clear out items from homes and businesses and sell them at our warehouse. Responsibilities Work on a team of 2-3 helping load and transport household items between our customers’ homes and our warehouse. Some items can be heavy and will be carried up/down stairs. You will carry, load, and wrap items that are being delivered to, or picked up from homes across the Miami area, and transport them in our 26 ft box truck. General Requirements Great customer service skills! Being a positive team player Working in a small or large team to relocate furniture, boxes, or other miscellaneous items Safely lifting and moving heavy boxes or other heavy items, up to 75 pounds in weight Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor Comfortable working around large trucks, pallet jacks, or other moving equipment as needed Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift Able to work weekends Must pass a background check Compensation Start at $16/hr + TIPS Paid weekly on Fridays! 40% employee discount off of all merchandise (we will have a warehouse full of electronics, furniture, appliances, sporting equipment, etc.)
