Relax and let yourself dream while soaking in the scenery at Virginia Key Beach. Let's journal towards peace, scribble towards hope, and create towards clarity. Join me as we take a moment to breathe and listen inward. This is the perfect time to plan your next steps towards your dream or renew your vision for your life using a creative tool called Vision Journaling. In this interactive outdoor workshop, I'll guide us through completing journal prompts independently, with optional sharing and discussion. Whether you're in need of help envisioning your future, processing something emotionally, or planning steps towards a goal, this creative journaling practice can help you on your journey. No prior writing or visual art experience is required. Whether you consider yourself a visual artist or not even close, this is for you! Your ticket includes all materials used in the workshop. You can keep the journal for continued use after the event as well! This event is designed for older teens and adults. The beach is a few steps away and there is plenty of grass area to hang out as well in case you have other friends/family members with you who will not be participating in the workshop.
