Firefighters From Doylestown, Plumstead Put Out House Fire Monday

PLUMSTEAD TWP., PA — Firefighters from Doylestown helped the Plumstead Volunteer Fire Company put out a house fire Monday, according to a social media post. The fire broke out in the 4600 block of Old Easton Road in Plumstead Township shortly before 1 p.m. Doylestown Engine 19, Tower 79, Rescue 19, and Engine 19-1 responded and helped for about two hours, the fire company said. Neither fire company mentioned any injuries from the blaze. A video posted by Emergency Alerts of Southeastern Pennsylvania showed the Doylestown trucks showing up to the site of the fire.
