The Soap Opera Company, a luxury bath and body boutique, located in Doylestown, Peddlers Village & New Hope is seeking a Management Trainee.  Prior retail experience in a similar environment is a must.  Experience managing employees is a plus.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and sales skills.  Hiring, on boarding and scheduling employees is a critical role for this position. The position requires someone with business-related Social Media experience, working knowledge of microsoft office and point of sale systems.  The position is 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday), with occasional weekend support.
