LIVERMORE, CA — The power has been restored to more than 500 Pacific Gas & Electric customers in Livermore who were without power Tuesday morning. The small outage started just before midnight on Monday. The power was restored by about 9:30 a.m. The cause of the power outage is not known. No other information is available.
