LAGUNA BEACH, CA — There are few things that compare to the sweeping views of our natural world. Fortunately for Orange County residents, scenic wonders exist around every corner. Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park is one of these wonders, and Laguna Beach resident photographer Susana Cruciana captured that beauty with her camera Friday. Cruciana regularly sets out into nature to photograph what she sees, inspired by her motivation to share beauty with the world. Susana Cruciana PhotoThe photos she captured on her hike depict a dreamy morning on Aliso Canyon. According to Cruciana, the canyon was shrouded in a thick fog for most of the morning. "That island was magical," Cruciana told Patch. Susana Cruciana PhotoAs of Tuesday, Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park and trails were closed due to wet and muddy conditions from Monday's spring storm. Residents interested in visiting the 4,500-acre wildlife sanctuary can stop by once the park is opened from 7 a.m. to sunset. Patch loves photos! Do you have photos of your hometown?
