SAN RAMON, CA — A Gap store has opened at City Center Bishop Ranch. Gap is located next to the Athleta store and will sell clothing for women, children and babies. The shopping center announced the opening last week, along with the news that leases were signed for two new dining options. American steakhouse LB Steak is under construction, the shopping center said in a news release. The restaurant is led by Chef Roland Passot, owner of La Folie in San Francisco and James Beard nominee, and will serve up items such as prime Angus steaks, poultry, seafood, cocktails and more. It will be located across from Heller Jewelers along Bollinger Canyon Road. Salt & Straw, a Portland-based ice cream shop, boasts small-batch, crafty handmade ice creams, the shopping center said in a news release.
