In search of a serious alt/rock/metal band ready to do the work to build something great. I've been playing in bands for over 25 years and am looking for one that not only makes good music, but that also wants to raise the bar on the execution of live shows, promotion, touring, merch, the works. I am highly motivated and have high standards, but am also very much a team player who welcomes constructive criticism and feedback. In addition to playing bass writing songs and lyrics, I bring an arsenal of non-musical skills of value to any band. I am a professional graphic designer and web developer. I have a background in project and team management. I own screen printing equipment and print merch. I have a workshop and can build just about anything (ie: speaker cabs, road cases, stage fixtures). I am a very capable writer of copy such as bios and press releases. I bring all of these skills to bear on any project I'm involved in. MUST be willing/able to do some level of touring (at least occasional 3-4 day runs). My list of infulences could go on forever, but here's what's been pumping my speakers most often lately: Tool, Chevelle, Queens of the Stone Age, Them Crooked Vultures, Royal Blood, Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Muse, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, Soundgarden, Black Sabbath, Old Blood, Manchester Orchestra, Metallica, Jane's Addiction, System of a Down...
