Schwifty Transportation is currently seeking Part-Time drivers to fill in for Full-Time drivers and assist with overflow. Pay is.90 cents a mile. You can expect to make at least (up to) $250 a week, but it will probably be much more than that, even up to $1100 a week if a full time driver is on vacation. -This is not a CDL position. If you are already a Door Dasher or Uber Driver, this will simply be one more app to get business from. Except when we call you, you will rarely make less than $30.00 an hour. More often than not, a lot more. Some routes can take three hours and net you over $300. -Training will be provided -On Call Supervisor in your area who can help you with any issues -Paid gas stipends if you agree to drive to another service area -Paid by the mile -Paid Weekly -Given Preference when Full-Time positions open up -The Catch: You will have to pay your own fuel in your service area and once you get to another service area. As this position specifically targets Multi-Appers who are already familiar with the "Gig" economy we will be expecting you to already be financially stable enough to make it to pay day. -You will be a private contractor This is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation position. You must be a kind and compassionate person, or at the very least a rigid professional. You must be willing to aid clients in getting into and out of vehicles, as well as load wheel chairs and oxygen tanks. Don't let the medical aspect scare you. 99% of this job is taking people to routine appointments and home. You will never be assigned a ride of any known risk. We do not do mental health escort contracts or anything of that nature. Essentially you are a Medical Uber driver. -Unique Bonuses of your position You will only receive confirmed rides You may decline any ride we offer you and will not risk losing standing. However, once you have accepted a job we will be depending on you to complete it. -Requirements Must have an up to date Smartphone and the ability to use it. This includes GPS, dropping pins, screenshots, etc. No Felonies Pristine Driving Record 25 Years or Older Basic Life Support/CPR Certified Preferred, but not essential Fingerprint Card preferred, but not essential Must Have Your Own Vehicle and be Willing to Use it. (This is non negotiable for this position. Only full time drivers have access to fleet vehicles) Outstanding communication abilities and an understanding on how to coordinate with others and be a part of a team Must be a kind, compassionate and agreeable individual that is non-judgmental and capable of understanding Hippa laws.
