We are a fencing company is search of 1-2 new laborers for this season. We specialize in high end agricultural and residential fence in the Routt County area. START: ASAP END: November/December weather dependent. Winter work is available HOURS: We typically work 4 10s, Monday through Thursday, some overtime will be available throughout the summer PAY AND BENEFITS: $20-$28/hr DOE, no medical or housing, IRA contributions available after 60 days employment. We are a smaller business and appreciate your time and effort. If you are a good fit for our business we will do our best to help take care of you the same way you take care of us. REQUIREMENTS: - 16 or older -Valid drivers licence - Ability to lift 65lbs or more throughout the day PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: - Competent working with your hands, basic hand/power tool knowledge - Ability to read a tape measure. Basic math skills - Basic mechanical knowledge - Competent driving pickup with bumper pull and gooseneck trailer - Ability to run small equipment; skid steer, mini ex, 4 wheeler -Attention to details Willing to train the right person EXPECTATIONS: - Show up on time - Listen to instructions and work as a team -Willingness to learn and master a craft -Work outdoors all day, dress appropriately for the weather - Job sites can be remote, ability to prepare your lunch/food for the day RESPONSIBILTIES - Grease and fuel equipment - Help facilitate layout of projects - Distribute materials - Install fences - Clean up job site This is a physically demanding job but it is also rewarding and enjoyable. We are looking for hard working people who have the ability to think on their feet, adapt and overcome issues that arise, creative, and enjoy working in the outdoors with their hands.
