Description

Responsibilities (required, but not limited to): - Weekly grounds maintenance & trash pickup - Lawn mowing and weedwacking - General interior/exterior repairs and maintenance of properties(commercial properties) - As needed winter plowing of properties in Lewiston & Auburn and salt/sanding needs - Ideally having a working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, possibly minor vehicle fleet maintenance. - Possibly after hours emergency calls as needed Pay negotiable given experience and skills.
