Renewal by Andersen of Colorado is seeking a Service Technician to join our team. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Make decisions based on job site evaluations for windows and doors that need service attention Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation Perform services on all windows and doors whether it be due to installation or manufacturing Perform assessments of window/door issues and potential installation issues Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair our products Fill out appropriate warranty paperwork and submit in a timely manner WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON HS Diploma or equivalent Experience in a service technician or finish carpentry industry Highly organized with the ability to reflect empathy toward customers Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work Valid Colorado State Drivers License WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU | THE BENEFITS Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company Paid Life Insurance Policy 401K with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Empowered to be Extraordinary.
