From the City of Marion: December 11, 2019 Anderson Bogert is working with the cities of Cedar Rapids and Marion to design the next phase of Tower Terrace Road from C Avenue to Alburnett Road. A public information meeting is set for Monday, Dec. 16 from 4-6 p.m. to share the preliminary plans for this street and infrastructure improvement project. It will take place at St. Mark's Lutheran Church (8300 C Ave. NE), in the Faith Atrium/Crossings area, located just inside the southwest entrance.
