Maintenance Technician Needed for Apartment Community (East Point, GA) TriShip Partners is seeking a maintenance technician for our apartment community located in East Point, GA. We are searching for a maintenance technician who will provide prompt, professional and courteous service for all resident service requests and assist the Property Manager in maintaining all physical aspects of the community. Responsibilities: • Prepare units for occupancy • Conduct repairs for apartment interiors and exteriors and close work orders as complete • Assume emergency on-call duty • Maintain property curb appeal • Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the community manager • Inspect move-outs using designated software • Conduct general and preventive maintenance of all areas of community Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years in the apartment maintenance field • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to read and write English required • Must have own tools • Possess reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen • Working knowledge of general property operations, HVAC, safety, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, general carpentry and appliance repair essential • EPA certification for HVAC service calls preferred To Apply: Applicants should reply with resume or contact for location to apply in person
