Found Old Male Cat

About 3 months ago, an old male cat showed up in my neighborhood. He is extremely friendly and looks pretty old. He has some pretty bad health issues too. He is multi colored. Main color is gray, with cream, light orange and white mixture. He looks at least 12 or older. We call him grandpa. He’s been fed daily and we made him some bedding on our porch. He needs medical attention soon. So he either needs to get back with his owner or he needs a home where someone can take care of him. He has no voice. So when he meows, no noise comes out. Assuming that’s from his medical issues. I do have an option to surrender him to a rescue center but I wanted to post him before doing that for just in case he belongs to someone.
