I'm looking for a business owner who would like to participate in a case study aimed at improving efficiency. I’ve worked in operations ranging from concrete-countertop manufacturing, to the ski industry, organic farming, and hydroponics. At these jobs I’ve created jigs to grind tiles faster, suggested changes to the sequence of operations while seeding, and made many other recommendations, along with building and researching possible improvements on my own time.
I want to create a case study or résumé item where I act as your Continuous Improvement & Efficiency person. This will build my experience working with a client in the express role of improvement and efficiency, and you will come away with an action plan that could save you headaches, time, and money.
Because this is a case study, I’ll work with you for free.
