Park Ridge Care Center is looking for a self motivated Maintenance Assistant to make our facility look it's best. General Duties: Assist the Environmental Services Director with basic repairs and general maintenance of the facility. Minor landscaping Assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements Inspect equipment/systems regularly for proper functioning and safety Run errands, handle incoming and outgoing freight, and lift and move heavy furniture and equipment Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours Read, write, speak, and understand the English language Park Ridge Care Center is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility located in Shoreline, WA.
