We want to create an environment where our employees can thrive and grow. Salaries/hourly pay ranges from $22 to $35 per hour. The harder you work, the more money you can make. The average tech makes around $30 per hour, but no less than $22/hr. The area that we work in ranges, but the position calls for south Seattle. Renton, Tukwila, Federal Way, Tacoma and a few surrounding cities. Full Job Description We work with many different apartment complexes and condo associations to make them clean again. We offer roof cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and chimney cleaning. We value those that are professional, that can communicate well and have an on-going positive personality, even when things get tough. Essential Job Duties & Requirements for all field positions: • Strong work with good communication skills. • Comfortable walking on roofs, some as high as 5 stories. (We take safety very seriously) • Comfortable wearing harnesses, goggles, and other safety gear. • Able to work full time, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm, if needed. Weekend work available for those that want to earn overtime. • Able to lift up to 80LBS throughout the day, moving ladders, pressure washing machines and other equipment. • You are required to have your own reliable transportation and valid drivers license. • Willing to work outside, year round, rain or shine. • We offer very competitive pay, which includes excellent medical benefits with paid time off. • Must pass a criminal background check • $400 bonus each month based on performance.
