SE Field Services is looking for experienced preservation/repair/rehab contractors. We work on FHA & REO Properties. We pay through direct deposit and we also offer Fast Pay to ensure quicker payment of all work orders when fully completed. Interested candidates should be able to complete most of the following tasks: • Landscaping services (Grass cut, Lawn maintenance, Tree trimming & Removal Services etc..) • Securing a property (Rekey, Lockbox, Lockset) • Initial Maid Services • Maid Refreshes • Evictions • Trash outs • Snow Removal • Repairs and Rehab Work • Roofing work (Major & Minor depending on the scope of the work) • Minor/Major Plumbing Work • Minor/Major HVAC Work • Mold Remediation • Drywall Repair & Replacement • Property Inspection with adequate number of photos and bids for all the damages • Interior Painting/Appliance repair or replacement work All candidates must have a Valid ABC (Aspen Grove Background Check) number and General Liability and E & O Insurance.
