Peak Management Company is growing our manufactured housing operations at Stonegate in Wichita KS. Excellent Entry Level opportunity in the career of Property Management Maintenance. The Maintenance / Make Ready position will assist with light duty maintenance of homes to prepare homes for market ready condition and maintain the cleanliness of community grounds. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs trash outs; removing trash and items from vacant homes. Assists Maintenance to prepare vacant homes for occupancy with light home repairs, paint, and replacement of fixtures and appliances. Responsible for removing trash and debris from grounds to maintain the appearance of the community. Seeks opportunities to advance maintenance skills and expand knowledge. Responsible for reporting anything in need of repair or replacement within the community. Interacts with residents and employees professionally and responds to requests in a courteous and timely manner. Performs other related duties and assignments as required. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret written documents such as work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals. Posses a valid Drivers License and vehicle during working hours. Consent to a criminal background check. Ability to navigate a computer, smart phone or tablet to perform tasks and training online. Education and Experience Familiarity with basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliances, or drywall. Prior commercial home or retail facilities maintenance, housekeeping, or groundskeeper.
