I need a local Contractor (unlicensed is fine) to do a FULL remodel on a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house 2 story house. I am an investor (but I am also a licensed, bonded, insured General Contractor) that does a few flips per month. I need a new, reliable, very skilled FULL crew. I have a house in Cerritos that is ready to start construction. ***Email me your contact info and any other info that would help (photos of work, city you live in, number of ppl in your crew). You need to be able to do: -Demo -Open Walls -Install Beams -Windows -Tile -Flooring -Paint -Stucco -All Aspects of Framing -Remove popcorn ceilings -Full kitchen -Plumbing -Move gas lines -etc Thanks!!!
