Hello I have 3 rental properties that need some work. I need a skilled carpenter with some painting skills. I am looking for quality, and since this is Craigslist, I would like some references to be available. Please include any relevant experience. Also, please put EAST GREENWICH RENTAL in the subject column. On a side note, I may also need some cabinets made, but this is less important.
