Minor Rust Repair and Scratches on SUV

I have a black SUV that has a few small rust spots and scratches. I'm hoping to find someone that can take care of them without having to redo entire panels. The spot im most concerned about is a rust bubble on the lip of the hood. The hood lip is thin on these SUVs and they rust out quick if not taken care of.
