We are a local property management company seeking a maintenance tech for an immediate job opening.
This is a full time job 40hrs per week, Weekly pay, gas allowance, Hourly wage $17-$19 per hour based on experience.
Job details include:
Drywall repair, Painting, small plumbing repairs such as Garbage disposal replacements, fixing small plumbing leaks on sinks, replacing and or changing door locks, Laminate wood flooring installs, fixing items like closet doors, hardware replacement throughout homes, garage door installs, and any other things that might go wrong in an apartment or home rental.
You will also be required to clean some homes upon tenant move outs. (This will be detailed cleaning sweeping, moping, cleaning appliances etc.)
Required to make purchases and pick up supplies for your daily runs from places like Sherwin Williams and home depot as needed.
Required to have your own vehicle for daily use.
Any other skills such as HVAC and appliance repairs are greatly appreciated as well.
