I am searching for a Management Team for an upscale Mobile Home Park, in Bozeman MT. The team must be self starters, with an eye for detail. One position is in the office. This person needs to be computer literate, and be able to learn our billing and rent collection programs. you must also be able to work with the public, enforce our rules fairly and respectfully, and keep great records. The second person of this team, must have grounds maintenance experience, to include snowplowing, lawn mowing, minor plumbing repairs, and minor upkeep on our equipment. Some home remodel experience a plus but not required. You must also be able to work with the public, enforce our rules fairly, and with respect.
