Double Duty is looking to hire on two more landscaping crewman and two more gardeners to add to our crew for the long dry period ahead! Come work in the sun with us as we work to keep the lawns and landscapes of Bozeman clean, healthy and sustainable for generations to come! Starting pay is $17-25/hr depending on experience, position and desired work amount. We try most weeks to work four 10-hour days in order to have 3-day weekends most weekends. Sometimes it is Monday-Thursday, sometimes it is Tuesday-Friday. This semi-flexible schedule allows for people to take long weekend trips and lets us plan for people to take time off during the summer. We do offer bonuses to everybody and easily offer pay raises to people who show exceptional initiative and work ethic. The company is currently in the process of changing hands of ownership, with the old owners coming on as consultants for the company. This means that the future of the company could very easily be determined by the work that you do. With this being said, we are looking for trustworthy, honest, hard working individuals who are dedicated to the quality of the work they produce.
