Starting wage $15-$20 an hour Installing new fencing, repairing existing and replacing old fencing. This job is very labor intensive and you need to know how to run a shovel and keep up with workflow. We love to train and advance people to higher wages and positions. Looking to train and raise up new crew leads that would have an increase to 20-23 an hour.
