Looking to hire people for home painting project ASAP

Starting immediately! I am looking to hire 3 - 4 people to paint a 3 bedroom home in Zumbrota Must have painting experience! All tools and supplies will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own - very little prep work is needed. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Roughly 1400sq ft. Will be painting entire home including walls, trim, doors, cabinets, and ceilings. Pay will be $600 - $800 per person depending on experience and quality of work (works out to about $15 - $20\hr). $100 dollar advance available after the first day, remaining paid upon completion. If you show up and can't paint, don't know what you're doing, drag things out trying to get paid more or paint like a child, you will be fired and not paid! I'm on a time line and need this to get done ASAP. We are fair and reasonable and reward hard work, we just don't have the time to hold someones hand who is desperate for an easy buck and has no idea what they are doing. This project should not take more than 3-5 days with 3-4 people After the painting is complete, we have about 20 - 40 hours of additional labor needed at the property and you may stay on if you are interested. This work would be general labor, cleaning yard, minor repairs in house, etc.
