Seeking 2-4 motivated and reliable individuals to help build in-ground swimming pools. Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm (Plenty of opportunity for overtime!) Applicant must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. There is great opportunity to grow within the company and incentives will be in place for those who are seeking to raise their wage! Perks: Fun team building activities (Wake surfing, water parks, escape rooms, glass blowing, trampoline parks, are some the activities that we have done in the past). The occasional paid lunch. Tips, gift cards, bonuses. Fun and friendly work environment. Willing to hire as an "independent contractor" or "w4 employee". I can discuss the benefits to anyone interested in learning more about the differences between the two. Pay range $15-$25/hr Unemployment is available during the winter. This means that you have 5 months (PAID) to rest, travel, spend time with family and friends, continue your education, etc. Between April and October you are capable of earning an entire years worth of income! It all depends on how much you want to work. Experience is NOT required but it is preferred. Anyone who has worked in the trades industry could excel very quickly. This is also a great fit for college students!
