The Grounds Guys of Carbondale is a full service landscape company looking to hire hardworking team members for the Spring 2022 season. We are looking for general laborers and a Team Lead. General Laborer Requirements: -Seasonal 30-40 hours per week -Reliable transportation daily -Ability to follow specific directions -Must be able to lift 50lbs -Must be able to perform a full day of manual labor outdoors in all types of weather -Pay $18-$22 depending on experience -End of season bonus -No experience necessary Team Lead Requirements: -Seasonal 30-40 hours a week -Valid Colorado Drivers License -Clean driving record -Ability to pass background check and drug screening -Ability to drive truck and trailer -Good organizational skills and ability to oversee 2 to 6 employees and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. -2+ years industry experience -Able to operate landscape tools and machinery -Able to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and keep the crew working efficiently throughout the day. -Attention to detail -Pay $25-$30 depending on experience -End of season bonus -Possible opportunities for year round employment Please respond with a resume and accurate contact information.
