Subcontractors - carpenters - building mercenaries needed

I am a young general contractor with several awesome clients with awesome jobs in Ulster and Sullivan County. I even have some really cool projects forthcoming in Beacon. I really just need the kind of people I can show drawings, discuss measurements, processes and know things are getting done. I am open to subcontracting per job as well as hourly. I also would love to share profits. If we come in sizeably under budget I'll absolutely give you a chunk. So what does it pay??? I only want to hire people who can tell me what they get paid and why. I am unbelievably happy to pay people what they are worth. Tell me your rate and let's talk. Disclaimer: I am an unusual person and so are the jobs I get. I am an artist. That fact combined 25 years of building and remodeling houses are the main reasons my clients hire me. The work we do is going to be challenging and the end results will be eye candy you can use in your portfolios forever. However, be ready to be frustrated fixing 100 years of patchwork fixes on old houses, inventing things as we go, and possibly changing direction mid-process. These clients are very creative. Be ready to use old techniques as well as new ones. Chisels, planers, epoxy, laminates, and hewn beams (Oh my!) That being said, everything we do is the best possible work we can. We go the extra mile. We build forever, not 10-year update, change-out BS. If this sounds up your alley, I am as easy as it gets. Have kids and projects of your own? Great, work when you can. Part-time, Full-time... doesn't matter as long as there are results. In fact, in an ideal world, you have all your own stuff going on and I just become another client you work into your schedule.
