Trying to experience more of Vegas

I am in Vegas.... Don't get me wrong, I love it and it actually even feels a bit more normal. I've done the requisite gambling and a couple shows. Hit up buffets and restaurants. Enjoyed it all.... But it feels like there's just gotta be something else with all that is here. If anyone has some cool ideas of little known attractions or unique places to visit, I would really appreciate hearing about them! I'm just a regular 40 something guy with some time on his hands and just don't want to feed the table games my cash anymore..... So any other option is greatly appreciated! And honestly, there are no bad ideas... I am just looking for options! Thanks All
