#3 only read unbiased studies done by researchers of political science teams. That study all sides of the issues. Not far wing anything. Not things you agree with.
Open and honest studies only.
#4 Don't take anything you don't like
As a personal attack. Or the destruction of the universe as we know it. Keep an open mind. Open minds learn things. Closed minds are done.
#5 At no time encourage violence. That has been our go to for thousands of years. We are trying to rise above that.
#6 Realize that. The people you oppose. Have always been here. They will always be here. Even if you could change them. Or wipe them all out.
You can't kill an idea. It will be back.
Skip the middle stuff. And just find a way to make it work for e everyone.
Like the Drunken, money and land grubbing, philandering, flaming bi sexual Slave owning. Founding Fathers intended. (Except for Madison he was abnormal. And stayed faithful to his wife. They kind of teased him a little bit. But they liked him and didn't press it. We think he had a small dick.
