Pet Cremation Services, a member of the Regency family, is seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our growing team who is detail oriented, energetic, and respectful! The Route Service Driver/Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for effectively servicing client accounts and customers by providing excellent customer service, working safely and efficiently, maintaining high organization and accuracy with deliveries, handling deceased pet pick-ups with dignity and respect, and returns with care. When not driving a route, this role would assist in office including cremations. Job Duties: Drive designated route for pick ups and returns Handling pet pick-ups and deliveries with dignity and respect Develop and build rapport with customer contacts by providing excellent service levels Maintain and ensure organized work environment About you: Team Player with ability to work independently as well Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work Punctual and strong work ethic Ability to empathetically, tactfully, and professionally provide service at all times Mechanically inclined Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
