Local Rockford Developer looking for skilled single family new and rehab construction manager. We are seeking capable construction manager for new single family residential construction about 90% and existing single family rehab construction about 10%. This is a full time permanent position salary plus performance bonus will discuss during interview. You will need to demonstrate full proficiency in following areas. 1. Construction documentation, permitting and building department inspections. 2. Subcontractor bidding, vetting background research and contract award. 3. Workflow, scheduling coordination for maximum production performance. 4. Building material sourcing, alternate materials research, material and process management. 5. Business software knowledge and fast learning/adaptation capability CRM BPM. 6. Efficient coordination with all departments. 7. On time and on budget process focus. Short term for now, but we will be expanding regionally and nationally in the next few years. Promotional managerial advancements in that respect are possible.
