* Full Benefits * Competitive Pay * Great location * The Pricing Manager creates and maintains pricing templates and tools for the Sales Department, provides market and cost information to the Operations directors and establishes the operating cost metrics. This position supervises a team of Pricing and Operations Analyst, resolves pricing issues and conducts regular profitability reviews and price adjustments for customer accounts. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management; At least five years of supervisory or management experience; At least three years of transportation or industry experience; Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite – i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Experience with databases; Ability to pay attention to detail; Ability to think logically and critically; Experience with conducting analyses; Must have a professional appearance and demeanor; Must have the ability to work well in a team environment; Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; and Must demonstrate initiative and be driven to meet customer needs and expectations. *Texas Disposal Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
