THE RIGHT PERSON The right person is passionate, purposeful and experienced. Experience with retrofit window installation is a plus Proficient at: framing, finish work, drywall, building repair, demo, siding, ext & int trim, painting, etc. Experience with Milgard, vinyl and wood windows systems is a plus Clean safety record with knowledge of best practices for workplace safety Build, plumb, level and square Proficiency and ability to test and balance windows Knowledge of applicable building codes in Central Oregon Framing and structural understanding, quality finish carpentry skills Excellent customer service skills Can-do attitude Lead Safety Certification is a plus Ensuring that project managers are aware of project progress and completion Accurately track hours and tasks completed and submitting to payroll in a timely manner.
