**Job Description** Looking for a reliable, skilled general maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our Plano facility. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. **Duties & Responsibilities** 1) Performing general maintenance tasks for the building that do not require a specialized technician, such as window washing, drywall repair, painting, replacing light bulbs, etc. 2) Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress 3) Keeping tools and supplies clean and organized 4) Performs other related duties as assigned. **Requirements** 1) Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, to have at least a basic understanding of a variety of areas and repairs 2) Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools 3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4) Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5) General passion for creative problem-solving 6) Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. 7) You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work; ---Prolonged periods standing and walking. ---Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. ---Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. **Schedule** Standard business schedule 30-40 hours per week **If Interested Please Email The Following** 1) Best number to call you on 2) Years of relevant experience 3) When you can start **Salary Will Depend On Experience & Will Be Discussed With Maintenance Manager
