Job Description Crew Members generally will be working alongside management in a crew of 2-5 and will be responsible for assisting in safely and efficiently producing quality hardscape, landscape, and or maintenance service that meets or exceeds the standards of the client and management. Hiring Positions: Hardscape/softscape laborers - assist field managers in installing larger project based jobs such as patios, pavers, outdoor kitchens, landscape redesign etc. Landscape Maintenance - assist field managers in residential and commercial maintenance projects such as pruning, weeding, mulch installation, plant removal/installation, etc. *Pay is determined by experience and skill Qualifications - Valid driver's license/reliable transportation 18 years or older Available to work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (Some Saturdays, No Holidays) Detailed oriented Good communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic and overall great attitude Experience in professional landscape installation or landscape maintenance. We have the ability to accommodate Spanish speaking applicants. Must be eligible to work in the united states to apply. Desired Qualification (but not required for application): Chauffeur's license with experience in driving a truck and pull trailer Clean driving record Strong knowledge of various landscape equipment (skid steer, dingo, loader, etc) Strong knowledge of various landscape equipment (pruners, edgers, blowers, etc) We look forward to your resume submission!
