Looking for a handyman to complete/finish a touchup some items in the house. Please see below what’s needed: I will pay you cash/Zelle at end of the day. I have most of stuff. See below. Call or text me at 6094239205 Sammy Looking for a reasonable hour rate or day rate 1. Recessed Lighting Installed in Kitchen- paint in recessed lighting in kitchen has to be removed. 2. Glass Mirror Painting in Downstairs Bathroom- Glass has paint on it and needs to be cleaned. 3. Cabinet Kitchen Shelves- pins damaged. Got new ones need to replace. 4. Cabinet Cleaning- some cabinets need to be vaccine up and cleaned 5. Cabinet Missing Shelf Install- Missing shelf that needs to be installed 6. Screw sticking out of Cabinet- there are 1-2 screws sticking out of the cabinet. Screws need to be taken out and installed with a smaller screw. 7. Transition- missing stain on transition. I have the stain. Just need it touched up. 8. Grout Missing- little grout missing in kitchen/bathroom. Just need to grout little areas 9. Door- Side of door has white paint and other side of door has green paint on it from not letting it dry up. Need to be touched up. I have the Semigloss white and green paint 10. side of garage door- Paint side of garage door that is missing paint. I have paint 12. Outlet Plates- Outlet plates are cracked. Need to replace outlet plates for switches. 13. Washing machine- some paint drops on washing machine. Need it removed with some type of paint thinner or water. 14. Install missing bathroom crystal in light fixture. Missing crystal lights. They get installed from the side. Nothing difficult at all. 15. Beam in Kitchen- beam in kitchen is showing some drywall effects and needs touch up work. Touch up beam and paint. Spackle work touch up needed maybe with some quick 40 so we can finish same day. Small area on beam. 16. Bathroom Downstairs- customer shows there was a missing small piece of molding in bathroom downstairs. Install piece of molding. Molding in house.
