Friendly male black cat found in a feral colony. He was trapped as part of Trap-Neuter-Release. He was put under sedation in order for neuter surgery, then found to have already been fixed. He now has an ear tip that he didn't have before this. If you think this is your cat, please contact me. There are some distinguishing characteristics that would determine this is your cat.
