beak trimmer???

Hello! I just rescued a cockatiel a few days ago and he is in desperate need of some trimming! the lady that i got him from was unable to pay for his beak to be trimmed which has led to neglect and it is extremely overgrown. I would do it myself however i do not want to mess up or have him be terrified of me afterwards. please help! I respond faster with text
